About the Artist

Nancy Trider Nancy Bryant Trider is a native of Leeds, Maine. Through the years she has worked in many mediums including; oils, pastels, and pen/ink, however watercolors has become her forte. Through this medium she is able to reflect Maine living with an unusual perception for detail.

Her formal training includes studying under Olive Hanna, and more recently with fellow Maine artist, Irene Duplissis. Nancy's works of art have been shown throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Illinois, Nevada, and California. Her paintings have been widely recognized through judging and purchase prizes.

Her works may be viewed at many area summer art shows, or by contacting her at home where she and her husband, David, reside.
